Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as a Mega Report scan?
Each time you generate a complete Mega Report (covering all 18 test types) counts as one scan. Individual tests like accessibility or security scans run outside of a Mega Report do not count toward your monthly limit.
What happens when I reach 10 scans in a month?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to Pro for unlimited scans. Your existing scan history and data remain accessible, and your scan count resets at the beginning of each month.
How do I upgrade from Free to Pro?
Download CodeFrog and subscribe to Pro directly within the app via the Mac App Store or Microsoft Store in-app subscription. Your existing data and settings are preserved.
Can I use the Free plan for commercial projects?
The Free plan is great for personal projects and evaluation. For commercial use, we recommend the Pro plan which includes a commercial use license and unlimited scans.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions are managed through the Mac App Store and Microsoft Store, which have their own refund policies. We recommend trying the Free plan first to make sure CodeFrog meets your needs before upgrading.
