CodeFrog Mega Reports grade websites A through F based on the severity of findings across all test sections (security, accessibility, SEO, HTML validation, meta tags, page size, and more).

A: No critical, high, or medium findings and 20 or fewer low findings
B: Any medium findings or more than 20 low findings
C: Any high findings or more than 10 medium findings
D: More than 5 high severity findings
F: Any critical findings
